Most coaching runs on a schedule — useful, but not always when it matters most. The Inner Circle is different. It’s ongoing access to a trusted advisor for the decisions that can’t wait for next week’s session — not more hours, but continuity, insight, and someone who’s been in the room before.
Members meet twice each month for strategic coaching, with direct access between sessions when something urgent needs a second perspective from a trusted partner. Each quarter, a half-day working session resets priorities for the next 90 days. Once a year, members gather in person — for planning, for perspective, and for each other.
This isn’t for everyone, and it isn’t meant to be. It’s for owners who’ve reached the point where the right question, asked at the right moment, and answered by the right person is worth more than another hour of advice.
